  3. Select \u201cYes\u201d<\/strong> in the \u201cEnable activity template exclusion\u201d<\/strong> field, then save the changes.

  4. You can add templates when creating a new assignment or editing an existing one. To do this, open the assignment settings and go to the \u201cIgnored activity templates\u201d<\/strong> section.

  5. In the \u201cAdd template files\u201d<\/strong> field, you can drag and drop template files or add them using the \u201cAdd\u201d<\/strong> button.

  6. You can also copy and paste a template as plain text into the \u201cPaste template text\u201d<\/strong> field.

  7. Template-related restrictions:\n
      \n
    • up to 5 templates per assignment;<\/li>\n
    • each template must contain at least 20 words;<\/li>\n
    • accepted file formats: .doc, .docx, .odt, .rtf, .txt, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .odp;<\/li>\n
    • users can upload files or paste text, but they cannot do both in the same save.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • After saving an assignment with a template, a new \u201cExisting templates\u201d<\/strong> section will appear.

    • Users can also delete templates. To do this, select the checkbox next to the appropriate template and save the assignment.
